The KCO-100QSFP-4SFP25-DAC-xM Cisco QSFP-4SFP25G-CU1M Compatible QSFP28 to 4x 25G SFP28 Direct Attach Cable utilizes passive copper technology, ensuring reliable connectivity without the need for additional power. This cable provides a cost-effective solution for interconnecting equipment within a close range, such as telecom operator equipment rooms or data centers.
It offers a seamless connection between a 100G QSFP28 port and four 25G SFP28 ports, meeting the requirements of industry standards IEEE 802.3bj, SFF-8402, and SFF-8665. These breakout cables connect to a 100G QSFP port of a Cisco switch on one end and to four 25G SFP ports of a Cisco switch/server on the other end.
The Cisco compatible QSFP-100G to four SFP-25G copper direct-attach breakout cables are suitable for very short links and offer a cost-effective way to connect within racks. The QSFP28 Direct Attach Cables are compliant with the SFF-8665 specifications. Various choices of wire gauge are available from 30 to 24 AWG with various choices of cable length (up to 5m).
