MTP optical fiber coupler / MPO fiber adapter is the connector used to connect the MPO female trunk cable and MPO male trunk cable. It is also designed to connect the MPO female trunk cable with the MPO male module (MPO male to LC module).

This high-performance adapter is fully compatible with MPO-8, MPO-12, MPO-16, MPO-24, MPO-32, and MPO-48 connectors, making it an essential component for MPO high-density patch panels and FTTA multi-function boxes.

Key Coupling Types
Opposed type (Key Up to Key Down): The top hook on one side flips on the other side. This is standard Type A.
Aligned type (Key Up to Key Up): The top hook stays on top on both sides. This is used in Type B networks.
