Product Description

Fixed-type fiber optic patch panels are stationary, rack-mounted metal enclosures (19-inch standard) that offer high durability, security, and organized fiber management.

It is designed for environments with low-frequency changes, they securely hold adapters (LC, SC, ST, FC), splice trays for fusion splicing, and cable management components in 1U, 2U, or higher configurations.

This fiber optic patch panel is available in rack-mount (19" standard), they hold the fiber optic module that load with MPO to LC fanout patch cable.

The rack mounted fiber optic patch panel KCO-MPO-1U-96-FX is 96 cores of fiber optic termination box for standard 19" fiber optic distribution frame.

It is the device that terminates between the optical cables and the optical communication equipment, with the function of splicing, termination, storing and patching of optical cables.

This special patch panel is an MTP MPO pre-terminated ultra-high-density wiring box, 19-inch, 1U height.

It is special design for data center which each patch panel can install up to 96 cores of LC port.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary functions of a fixed-type fiber optic patch panel?
A fixed-type fiber optic patch panel serves as a stationary central interface between optical cables and communication equipment. It performs critical tasks including the splicing, termination, storage, and patching of optical fiber connections.
What is the fiber density capacity of the 1U configuration?
The 1U height configuration is designed for ultra-high-density data center wiring, accommodating up to 96 LC port cores when loaded with MPO to LC pre-terminated patch cables.
What components and connector types does the panel support?
The panel supports standard 19-inch racks and holds modules pre-terminated with MPO to LC fanout cables. It also supports standard adapters including LC, SC, ST, and FC connector configurations.
What are the insertion loss and return loss specifications?
The insertion loss is 0.65dB for Standard type modules and 0.35dB for Elite type modules. The return loss (RL) is 65dB for Single Mode and 35dB for Multimode configurations.
Which materials are used for construction, and what thicknesses are available?
The standard construction material is 1.0mm steel tape, with options for 0.8mm, 1.2mm, and 1.4mm thicknesses. An optional aluminum tape enclosure of 1.4mm or more is also available.
What environmental limits can the patch panel withstand?
The unit is rated for an operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C, storage temperatures from -25°C to +55°C, relative humidity limits ≤95% (at +40°C), and atmospheric pressures ranging from 76 to 106kpa.
